- In case the delivery location falls beyond the serviceable area of our logistic partner, we will be using the service of India Post
- For COD/ VPP consignments through India Post, No Shipping Charges will be charged by us but India Post will collect Money order Charges from Consignee @ Re.1 for every Rs.20 on product value. For example MO charges for Rs.1098 (for one pack of 2 jars) will be Rs.55 In case the delivery location falls beyond the serviceable area of our logistic partner, we will be using the service of India Post
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed.
- Make payment through Bill desk payment gateway service linked to our website for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. Payment can be made through Credit & Debit Cards (MasterCard, VISA & Diners Club are accepted) & Net Banking.
- Orders will be shipped within 02 working days and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. The above delivery time is based on the norms of Courier/Post office norms and it is subjected to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery of all orders will be to registered address/shipping address of the buyer specified at the time of Order.
- In case of receipt of product in damaged or defective conditions please report to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. The refund against request will, however, be entertained after the completion of inspection and confirmation of the same at our end. If we found that damage is occurred during transit or due to our mistake the refund or replacement shall be done within 60 days of purchase at our own cost. Refunds are not being provided for failure of the performance or effectiveness of the products. Kindly get the acknowledgement for transit damage from courier agency on Proof of Delivery document at time of delivery of product.
