Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within 02 working days, and delivered within 3-10 days across India. The above delivery time is based on the norms of the Courier partner, and it is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
For pre-paid orders, payment approval may take from 5 minutes up to 1 business day.
For pre-paid orders, the delivery period starts to count from the moment your payment is confirmed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the delivery period starts to count from the moment your order is validated through a call.
All orders will be delivered to the buyer's registered address/shipping address specified at the time of the order.
A tracking code will be sent to your mobile when the delivery process begins.
In case the delivery location falls beyond the serviceable area of our Courier partner, we will be using the service of India Post. For COD/ VPP consignments through India Post, India Post will collect Money order charges from the Consignee.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed.
Make payments through payment gateway service providers linked to our website for efficient and secure payments. Payment can be made through UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Net Banking.
In case of receipt of a product in damaged or defective condition, please report to customercare@gelixer.com within 3 days. The refund against request will, however, be entertained after the completion of the inspection and confirmation of the same at our end. If we find that damage occurred during transit or due to our mistake, the refund or replacement shall be done as per the Refund & Return Policy. Refunds are not being provided for the failure of the performance or effectiveness of the products. Kindly get the acknowledgment for transit damage from the courier agency on the Proof of Delivery document at the time of delivery.
